RETURNS POLICY

1. RETURNS

We hope you enjoy the products available on LocoSoco and through our partners but if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, it’s easy to return with our 30 day returns policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To return your product, please request an RMA number and free postage label by sending an email to customerservices@locoso.co.

Non-returnable items:

– Opened products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it has been approved or rejected for your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
