Our award-winning Skin Support helps nourish skin from the inside out. Fighting breakouts and spots, it promotes clear skin with a bounty of powerful ingredients. Stress, hormonal imbalance, a diet too high in processed and sugary foods and low in fruit and vegetables may all contribute to skin problems. This carefully-balanced formula is suitable for all skin types and contains vitamins A, B2 and B3, alongside borage oil, green tea, aloe vera, lemon balm and grape seed extracts. It is also fortified with chromium, to encourage normal blood glucose levels and help protect skin from the effects of a sugar-rich diet.

Vitamin A (2500iu) 750µg, Vitamin E (100iu) 12mg a-TE, Vitamin C 500mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 5mg, Niacin (Vitamin B3) 5mg, Biotin 50µg, Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) 25mg, Zinc 15mg, Copper 0.15mg, Chromium 100µg, Green tea extract 100mg, Aloe Vera extract 75mg, Borage oil 50mg, Grapeseed extract 50mg, Lemon balm extract 50mg, Citrus bioflavonoid complex 20mg

Suggested intake
Adults and children over 13 years take two capsules a day with meals, or as your health professional advises. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
