What is Milk Thistle?

It yields shiny black seeds and its use was first documented as far back as the first century AD. Our Milk Thistle formula provides extract from Silybum marianum, corresponding to 108mg of silymarin (silybin) per capsule. Traditionally used for digestive disorders.
